New Managing Directors' Programme (Global)
 LCS was a key part of a one-week leadership development programme to newly appointed Managing Directors in a major international financial services company. These are highly talented and motivated people who need to match their transactional skills with leadership capabilities commensurate with their very senior roles within the firm.
Previous attempts within this firm to provide leadership development for senior people had met with little success. Traditionally, people promoted to senior positions are highly effective transactors who earn a lot of money, and have little time for self-development. The client needed a high-impact programme which would maintain attention and interest from people who tend to arrive with a high degree of scepticism, and a demand to know why they should be kept from revenue-generation for so long.
LCS not only helped individual MDs develop leadership capabilities, but it also introduced a common language for leadership, and enabled the firm to reflect on its policies on diversity and inclusion.
