Resolving conflict in a European institution
Interpersonal conflict was damaging the business and reputation of a specialist European financial services organisation. LCS helped identify that the issues of strategy, systems and structure that were thought to be the source of the conflict were, in fact, clashes of character. By surfacing the previously hidden influence of character, LCS enabled the team to sort out those issues that were about style from those that were about substance. The team is now working effectively on strategies that build on the diversity of the team.
