A client who runs a team distributed throughout the Asia-Pacific area was concerned about the diversity of cultures and agendas in the team. He wanted team development with an outdoors flavour. Many outdoors development activities are little more than a good time, with little lasting learning taking place. By carefully blending outdoors activities with in-depth facilitation and the use of LCS, this workshop enabled the team to make significant progress in just three days.
